A.Please kindly provide us 3D CAD solid model in Step, IGS, X_T format, normally Two-dimensional (2D) drawings are not adequate for accurate quoting or parts making.
B.Please tell us your requirement on quantity, surface treatment, color, material, application environment for accurate pricing.


Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it is 15-20 days for samples and 25-30 days for mass production, it is according to quantity.


Q: Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.


Q: How do you ship the goods?
A: We have our cooperation forwarder, they can deliver the goods to you in very short time with competitive price, and you can ship by your own agent as your convenience.


Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. 
 Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T + 50% Mold Fees in advance, balance before shipment.
B: FOB Tianjin/Beijing. Or EXW, CIF, DUU, ETC


Q. What raw material do you use? 
A: stainless steel, carbon steel, mild steel, galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, brass, copper, etc.


Q. What finishing you can Provide?
A: powder coating, polishing, zinc/nickel /chrome plating, painting, anodized, hot dip galvanized, sandblasted, etc.


Q. How do you ensure quality control? 
A: First of all, our company is aiming to avoid any problems before the production. So, we will confirm every detail before the quotation. Once the order is confirmed, we will also re-confirm all the details with the customer. Only by this way, we can avoid the mistakes and save the cost for us. 
Secondly, our company has a strict requirement for our suppliers on the quality control. They must be performed according to ISO9001:2008 Standard. Such as Initial sample test, last sample test, Random test, etc.
